The products offered, along with their main features and price, appear on the screen.
AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to Customers. Therefore, AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL may add new products and/or services to its current offerings at any time. AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue offering any of its products at any time and without prior notice.
Once inside www.amezkua.com, and in order to access the purchase of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out on www.shop.amezkua.com.
Offers presented by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL are valid while supplies last. AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL reserves the right to modify its product range based on availability from its suppliers.
The purchased product may, due to manufacturer availability, undergo non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics or performance of the batch it comprises, provided that they do not imply a demerit of the advertised qualities and performance, and without affecting the consumer's purchase.
AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS
AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.amezkua.com. However, if any requested product is unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be informed within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL may supply a product with similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the previously paid refund will be made within 15 calendar days.
PURCHASE PROCESSES
To make any purchase on www.amezkua.com, the customer must be of legal age.
In addition, the client will need to register at www.amezkua.com by completing a data collection form, providing AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL with the information necessary for the contract; this data must be truthful, accurate, and complete regarding their identity, and the client must expressly consent to this by accepting the AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL privacy policy.
It is also recommended that the customer print or save a copy of the receipt sent by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL via email.
BILLING
The customer agrees to receive the invoice electronically. The customer will automatically receive the invoice at the email address provided when creating an account or during the purchase process. If the invoice has not arrived in the customer's main inbox, please check the spam folder. If the invoice needs to be edited, the customer should contact Amezkua at info@amezkua.
DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase, according to the chosen delivery method. If the customer provides an incorrect address and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost. A tracking link from the courier company will be sent to the customer to ensure successful delivery for both parties.
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Orders will be delivered to the customer via courier services managed by PACKLINK PRO. The order will be considered delivered when the courier has delivered the package to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours by calling 912771939 or emailing info@amezkua.com .
As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to them. Therefore, it is important to:
– Sign the delivery note if there is one and check the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods (if any damage is observed, note it on the note).
If, at the time of inspection of the goods, it is found that they do not conform to the order or that they have been damaged during transport, they must be rejected and, above all, you must indicate your explicit reservations on the delivery note if there is one (mandatory condition to make any claim for breakage or damage during transport).
The average delivery time is 48 to 72 hours from dispatch (provided all products in the order are in stock), except for orders that have to go through customs, which may be extended for reasons beyond the control of AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL
No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends and holidays.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when required), along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the www.amezkua.com catalog.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Return shipping costs: depending on the type of return, the collection costs will be borne by the customer.
Product prices may change at any time. In this case, the price applied will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed. In any event, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the online checkout process before they finalize their purchase.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We offer these payment methods:

You can make your payment immediately through our bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If it becomes necessary to process any returns or order cancellations, the refund will be issued to the same payment card. Both your personal and banking information will be protected with complete confidentiality, in accordance with all security measures established by Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and its implementing regulations.
AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. When placing an order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly on the payment gateway during the purchase process. AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL does not store any credit card information. For internal organizational reasons, payment processing is handled through Banco Santander, which has no impact on the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or product requested to inform AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL about their desire to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment.
During this period, the consumer will inform the business of their decision to withdraw from the contract via the email address of AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN S. L: info@amezkua.com
AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL will provide the consumer with a durable receipt acknowledging the withdrawal. To return a product, it is essential that it be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and unused and/or unassembled.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the return details. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

OBSERVATIONS
No product will be exchanged or refunded if it has been misused, damaged, or otherwise tampered with by the customer; otherwise, the warranty will be void. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will be borne by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL. In all other cases, these costs will be borne by the customer. If the order cancellation is communicated before shipment, the customer will be exempt from any costs. In the event of a product replacement, it may not necessarily be identical to the original, but it will always be an improved version or model, as products are subject to continuous improvement. If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic, or wrapping) is damaged, the return will not be accepted; the same applies if the packaging is damaged. Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL through our courier service.
WARRANTY
Products purchased through www.amezkua.com have a 3-year warranty period from the time of delivery, covering possible manufacturing defects in the product, as well as any breakdown that occurs during that period.
The user must inform AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL is not responsible for damages caused by non-professional installation, products modified or handled by the customer or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, handling and/or apparent signs of mistreatment.
The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL, and the delivery note and/or invoice must be included. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packaged and protected, without stickers or labels on the packaging and with the original protective materials intact. If the product arrives at AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL's facilities with damage attributable to inadequate packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer must use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to fit comfortably. It is recommended that the customer place sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.) under, over, and around the product to prevent any movement within the packaging.
Consumable products, defects caused by misuse or improper handling, incorrect installation, or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the warranties.
To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, make sure you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals.
Technical services will usually require you to provide the following information:
• Invoice number.
• Identification of the specific model.
• Serial number.
OBSERVATIONS
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as weather phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops, or misuse by individuals or companies not authorized by AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL. Likewise, it does not cover wear and tear from normal use, misuse, or negligence before or during use, nor breakage caused by incorrect installation or handling. AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL reserves the right to have each returned product examined by independent specialists. The warranty will be void if the competent authorities determine that the breakage was caused by the customer, or if the product was partially broken to force the use of the warranty for a return or refund. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the expert assessment. AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN SL is not obligated to compensate the customer or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, personal injuries, damage to property other than the product itself, or loss of profits.
LIABILITY AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to repair of the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both of which are free of charge for the consumer, and which will be carried out within a reasonable time frame depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, after the repair is completed and the product is delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The parties agree to submit, at their option, to the courts of the user's domicile for the resolution of any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction. The language used will be Spanish.
