FREE SHIPPING on orders over €60 to mainland Spain and Portugal, for both Standard and Premium delivery. The discount is applied automatically once you reach that amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so you won't have to pay anything else when your package arrives.

DELIVERY

The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, according to the chosen delivery method.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

Orders will be delivered to the customer by Correos. The order will be considered delivered once the carrier has handed the package to the customer. The customer must check the condition of the goods on receipt and report any issues within 24 hours by calling +34 912 507 832 or emailing info@amezkua.com.

As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage passes to them. It is therefore important to:

– Sign the delivery note, if any, and check the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods (if you notice any damage, note it on the delivery note).

If, on inspecting the goods, you find that they do not match the order or have been damaged in transit, you should refuse them and, above all, state your explicit reservations on the delivery note, if any (a mandatory condition for any claim for breakage or damage in transit).

The average delivery time is 48 to 72 hours from dispatch (provided all products in the order are in stock), except for orders that must clear customs, which may take longer for reasons beyond the control of AMEZKUA TOTAL DESIGN S.L.

No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
